Directions to Red Oak Estates in Mounds View

Our 66-unit townhome development is less than 15 minutes to either downtown! We are located on County Road H2 between Silver Lake Road and Long Lake Road in the City of Mounds View.

From the West: Take 694 eastbound. Exit Silver Lake Road and turn left (northbound). Go about 2 miles and turn right (eastbound) on County Road H2. You will see our model townhomes ¼ mile down on the right.

From the East: Take 694 or Hwy 96 westbound to County Hwy 10 (not State Hwy 10!). Follow County Hwy 10 west/north over 35W. Go 1 mile and turn left (westbound) at County Road H2. You will see our model townhomes ¼ mile down on the left.

From the South: Take 35W northbound just 1 ½ miles past 694. Exit County Hwy 10 west/north (not State Hwy 10!). Go 1 mile and turn left (westbound) at County Road H2. You will see our model townhomes ¼ mile down on the left.

From the North:
From 35W southbound, go past State Hwy 10. Exit at County Road H. Turn right (westbound) and go 1 block to County Hwy 10. Turn right (northbound/westbound) and go ½ mile. Turn left (westbound) at County Road H2. You will see our model townhomes ¼ mile down on the left.

From State Hwy 10, go south on Hwy 65 to County Hwy 10. Take County Hwy 10 southbound/eastbound and go about 1 mile. Turn right (southbound) on Silver Lake Road and go ½ mile. Turn left (eastbound) at County Road H2. You will see our model townhomes ¼ mile down on the right.
